Not really. Disc one of book one has some cool martial styles that they use for each bending discipline, but that was really the only cool extra I found.
Though disc five has audio commentary, which was pretty cool. I'd still highly recommend buying them.

the making of stuff is all on you tube its not so great, :( maybe when they package the 3 seasons together, or try to squeeze more money out of it
